 Had problems finding the hotel as it is shown in the wrong position on the website map. It is closer to the old river and town centre , a good half mile or so from the position shown (actually under the name balloon on your map). Also, it is on a minor street which is not named on town maps.Otherwise a very convenient, comfortable, funky and friendly hotel. Would not hesitate to stay again.

 Reception staff extremely polite and very helpful ....advice on where to eat, what buses to catch, arranged early breakfast, booked taxi etc. Although the sewage smell was dreadful I would happily recommend hotel.

This hotel is located directly next to the Botanical Gardens and lies in Valencia's historic centre, near the Barrio de Carmen, the artists' quarter. Links to the public transport network, the city centre, the MUVIM (Valencia's museum of illustration and modernity), the IVAM (Valencia institute of modern art), and the Sao Pío museum can all be reached in a few minutes on foot. Guests will reach the beach in approximately 2 km and the Ciudad de las Artes in some 4 km. Valencia's international airport lies some 15 km from the hotel.

From the airport, take the A3 in the direction of Valenica, as far as Plaza España. Cross over the Gran Vía Fernando el Catolico. The hotel is located on a parallel road to the Gran Vía.
