Opened in 2006, the air-conditioned city hotel comprises a total of 184 rooms spread over 21 floors. Facilities include an air-conditioned foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange counter and a lift in addition to a cosy bistro-café as well as a breakfast room. Business guests are able to make use of several conference rooms and room and laundry services are available to all. A car park and garage parking are on offer to those arriving by car.

The hotel lies right opposite a large shopping centre with cinemas, a bowling alley, restaurants and shops as well as Valencia harbour. The nearest public transport can be found about 50 m away, and from here it is about 2 km to the city centre (5 minutes). The town beach is about 1.5 km from the hotel, while Valencia airport lies approximately 15 km outside the city centre.
