This is 3rd time we've stayed at the Hotel Lido, but never will again. In the bar/restaurant on the evening we stayed there was only one waiter who was looking after the bar, and taking orders from diners for meals and delivering their meals and drinks to their tables. The service was therefore painfully slow, and worse was to come. My wife ordered a chicken dish and when it came the middle of the chicken breast was raw/uncooked. We complained and the waiter took it away (without an apology!!) and by the time he came back with it we'd finished the rest of our meal. But even worse when he returned it it was still uncooked in the centre!!We asked him to discount our meal accordingly, which he said he would do. However, when you check out the hotel does not give you a detailed breakdown of the restaurant charges so there was no way of knowing if a discount was applied.Also be aware that none of the staff in this hotel speak or understand English at all, so you need to know at least a little Spanish if staying at this hotel.Very disappointed with the Lido and certainly cannot recommend it any more.

Renovated in 2003, this air-conditioned hotel has a total of 88 rooms, of which 4 are suites, spread over 4 floors. Amongst the hotel's facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception, a lift and a safe for guests' valuables. Furthermore, guests are offered a café, a TV room, an air-conditioned restaurant, and a function room for weddings and meetings. Complimentary W-LAN access throughout the hotel and the laundry service (charges apply) complete the offerings. Free parking for up to 500 cars is available.

  This hotel lies in Torrent and is around 15 km away from Valencia. The centre of Torrent as well as bars and public transport lie about 2 km away. Nightclubs, shops and Del Norte train station are around 15 km away. Pinedo beach is within 30 km of the hotel and the hotel is roughly 20 km from Valencia's airport.

Guests will easily reach the hotel from the motorway exit 517b off the A7, towards Torrent.
