WLAN Room very small for a double

Basic accommodation and a 10 min walk to the centre of Basel. Our double room was two single beds end to end - a bit of a surprise. Felt a bit like student accommodation.

Hotel description

Located on a lively street, the hotel was completely renovated in 2004 and consists of 32 rooms on 4 floors, of which 23 are double rooms, 6 are singles, 1 is a suite and 2 are apartments. Guests are provided with a considerable lobby including lift access, hire safes, a currency exchange desk, a cloakroom and a 24-hour reception. In addition, the hotel offers a café, a homely bar, a restaurant (with children's highchairs available) and public Internet access with WLAN. Room and laundry services are additionally available to guests. There are car parking facilities as well as a bicycle storage facility also available for use.
