Built in 1990 and renovated in the year 2000, the hotel is located on a main street and consists of a 5-storey main building as well as a 5-storey annexe block with a total of 30 rooms of which 12 are doubles, 8 are triples and 10 are apartments. Various facilities are available to guests including a vast foyer with a 24-hour reception, a lift, a safe and a currency exchange facility. It has a café, a supermarket, a bar, a games room, a TV room, an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a non-smoking area and highchairs on request as well as an Internet terminal, a car park, a garage and a children's play area. Room and laundry services are available for hotel guests as well as medical assistance. The hotel also has a spacious 400 m² garden.
