 other guests  the whole experience was damaged by very unprofessional and uncaring bar staff, and poor communication from waiting staff. Despite complaining in writing and in person to the management who did try to address the issue the majority of staff remained sullen and unwelcoming. it felt as if they were there as a punishment!!!!the food was reasonable but was unvaried....i would not recommend this hotel
