Opened in April 2005, the hotel consists of a 5-storey main building and a 3-storey annexe with a total of 192 rooms, including 32 junior suites and 22 suites. The hotel has a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, a cloakroom and a lift. Within the hotel there is also a newspaper stand, shops, a boutique, a hairdressing salon, a bar, a nightclub, a games room and an air-conditioned restaurant with highchairs for infants. Further facilities include a beach restaurant, a dance bar, a beach bar, a conference room and Internet access. Younger guests may participate in the kids' club activities and let off steam in the playground. Laundry and medical services round off the offerings. Those arriving by car may make use of the car park.

The carpeted rooms are about 24 m² and come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV with music channels, a minibar, a double or king-size bed, a hire safe, a balcony or terrace and individual air conditioning and heating. The type A family rooms are about 30 m² and have a king-size bed and bunk beds for 2 children. The type B family rooms are about 36 m² and have 2 bedrooms connected by a door - one with a king-size bed and the other with 2 single beds.

In the outdoor complex guests will find a swimming pool, a paddling pool, a sun terrace, a poolside snack bar, and sun loungers and parasols. Sun loungers and parasols are also laid out ready for use on the beach.
