 the dutty manager was always ready to helping me when she was here  i am not almost not surprised that the receptionist didnt submit my lettre of complain,because he didn t trust any word i said about my check out...i felt totaly considered as a liar! because they found two bottles of spirit full of water...

This attractive hotel comprises a total of 125 rooms, offering guests a foyer with safes and a 24-hour reception, as well as a currency exchange desk and lifts. In addition, a hairdresser, a shop, as well as excellent conference and function rooms are available. Guests are able to dine in Viceroy Bar and Cocktail Lounge offering international cuisine, Antique Bazaar with Indian cuisine, Promenade serving à la carte specialities and La Terrace which offers light dishes. In addition, the Copacabana Night Club offers entertainment options. For guests arriving by car, there is car parking and a garage.

This charming, modern hotel offers a stunning central location on Khalid Bin Walid in Bur Dubai. A wide selection of shopping and entertainment venues are all located in the near vicinity as well as the World Trade Centre, the Computer Plaza, the Meena Bazar, the Al Khaleej Centre, Nad Al Sheba race track, the Emirates Golf Club, Jumeirah beach and the Dubai Museum. Guests will reach Dubai international airport in around 15 minutes.

Arriving from the east, guests should drive over the Al Maktoum Bridge towards Bur Dubai. Stop on the right hand side of Khalid Bin El Walid. On the left hand side guests will see the Burjuman shopping centre. Drive over the crossing and the hotel is located on the right-hand side. Guests arriving from the north should follow the Falcon roundabout onto Khalid Bin El Walid street. Cross over Al Musalla onto Banks Street and the hotel is located on the left hand side. Do you a u-turn to get to the hotel.
