 The offer to upgrade our room at a good price  It didn't seem like a 5 star hotel  good loaation, near to most things
 

Hotel description

With its luxurious appointment, a range of recreational and business facilities, and a choice of superb international restaurants, this hotel truly is the ideal place to stay. The unique complex comprises a total of 33 villas with 195 rooms (standard and suites), a private sandy beach, and beautifully landscaped gardens with waterfalls, offering the perfect setting for business and leisure guests alike. Guests may make use of the 24-hour room service and the laundry service in all villas and rooms. The luxury property also has a perfect offer for those arriving on business: all conference rooms feature user-friendly boardroom facilities, including presentation systems, multimedia equipment and LCD touch-screen control panels. Conference packages can be tailor-made to meet individual needs, and a variety of lunch options including working lunches, buffet lunches or a selection of set menus from the resort's range of superb restaurants can be arranged. While the main banqueting and conference halls cater for up to 300 persons, there is also a selection of smaller meeting rooms which can be hired by the hour or for half a day, all with built-in audiovisual equipment. All the rooms feature relevant audio-visual equipment, such as slide and overhead projectors, screens, TVs, video recorders, a console, a speaker system, a laser pointer, flip chart and wipe boards, PCs, laser printers, photocopying machines, Internet access, and a fax facility. The business centre is located on the lower ground floor and is fully equipped and staffed to provide guests with any support they may require. The resort also offers to arrange outdoor events, for example on the beach, for up to 1000 persons, creating a spectacular ambience for market entries or gala events.

Located at the end of Jumeirah Beach Road, the resort is only about a 10-minute drive from the city centre and World Trade Centre, and around 15 minutes from Dubai International Airport. Exclusive shopping centres are within walking distance, as are some of the Dubai's most magnificent sightseeing attractions. Golf lovers enjoy easy access to the Dubai Creek and Nad Al Sheba golf courses where besides golf it is also possible to experience traditional camel and horse races. This is also the location of the famous Dubai World Cup - the world's most affluent horse-race. Tourist attractions such as the Widi Wadi Water Park (15 minutes), Dubai Museum (15 minutes), the gold and spice market (10 minutes), and the zoo (5 minutes) can all be quickly and easily reached by car.

The accommodation in this complex is both luxurious and unique. Each of the villas offers a selection of standard rooms as well as junior and executive suites. The central air conditioning has individual controls in each room. The 96 standard rooms are tastefully appointed and come with double or king-size beds. An en suite bathroom, a minibar, a walk-in wardrobe, and a hire safe complete the comfort. The 66 junior suites additionally offer a lounge and a luxurious bathroom with a Jacuzzi. 31 executive suites offer the comfort and room for the modern traveller. In addition to the amenities of the junior suites, here guests will find a fax machine, tea and coffee making facilities, and a trouser press. The highest level of luxury is offered in the royal suite - five rooms with the ultimate in luxury and comfort! It consists of a tastefully decorated split-level lounge with a dining area and conveniently located small adjacent kitchen. The master bedroom come with an en-suite bathroom finished in dark green marble tiles with a large Jacuzzi bath and an enormous mirror above it. In addition, there is a small room designed as a study complete with in-room fax machine and en-suite bathroom. Within the suite there are also two large walk-in wardrobes with a convenient safe for storing valuables.
