 The hotel is looking worn and needs updating. Lots of discoloration around the bathroom tiles. No inroom safe available, even though this is a 4 star hotel. The only available bread at breakfast was white or granary slice pan, very bad especially since Northern Ireland has some of the best bakeries in Ireland. Deffinately very bad value for money.

 excellent value for money and overall very satisfied would like to go back  checking in room wasn't ready and staff very abrupt

This hotel is located in the heart of the city with the main business districts, tourist attractions, the Odyssey, the Waterfront Hall and shopping areas just a few minutes' walk away. Belfast Airport is some 25 km from the hotel.

By road from the M1 or M2 to Westlink at next roundabout (Grosvenor): Follow signposts for city centre. Take the 1st right and 2nd left into Hope Street. At the 2nd set of traffic lights turn left into Bedford Street. At the next traffic lights turn right on Ormeau Avenue. The hotel is on the right-hand side.
