Built in 1890, this charming, family-friendly hotel offers 50 newly renovated bedrooms. Guests are welcomed into a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Facilities include a hotel safe, cloakroom, lift access, bar, games room, TV lounge, dining room and a car park. Conference facilities are also available.

The hotel is ideally located on Blackpool Promenade, overlooking the Irish Sea. The sandy beach is just outside the door. The hotel is a 2-minute walk from the town centre and only 5 minutes' walking distance from the major bus and train station. Blackpool Airport is 4 km away, and Manchester Airport is 96 km from the hotel.

By car: Join the M55 at Preston heading west. Continue straight onto the A5230 (signposted South Shore). Continue on, then at the roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A583 (signposted Blackpool). At the traffic signals turn left onto the A5073 (signposted South Shore, Airport, Lytham St. Annes). At the next traffic signals continue straight onto the A5073 (signposted Promenade). At the next traffic signals turn right onto the A584 (signposted Fleetwood). At the next traffic signals continue straight onto the A584 (signposted Fleetwood). The hotel is located on the sea front, on the right-hand side.
