 Everything was clean and in working order. The bed was comfortable and the linens were top quality. The furnishings and television computer were high-end. The check-in staff was friendly, courteous, and professional.  Only one person was checking people in at 6:00PM when there were more than a dozen guests waiting. Although we paid in advance for breakfast and were assured that it would be ready at 6:00AM to take away (double checking with the restaurant in the evening), nothing was ready in the morning. When I enquired in the restaurant, the waitress just disappeared into the kitchen and at 6:10 we had to leave for the airport to catch a flight. It is quite offputting when something is promised, paid for, and then not delivered.

The hotel was built in 1999 and renovated in 2001 and contains a total of 167 double rooms spread over 5 floors. Amongst the hotel's modern facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception, a conference room and lifts. Free WiFi in all meeting rooms and public spaces and 24-hour room service are also available. Dining options include a sleek lounge bar and an award-winning à la carte restaurant specialising in modern-European cuisine as well as a stylish terrace overlooking Temple Gardens for relaxed al fresco dining. Further facilities include a public Internet terminal and laundry services. Guests may park their cars in the hotel car park.
