 Room was a good size and had a safe, air conditioning, hair dryer and tea tray. Reception staff were very helpful and pleasent.  The room furniture and mirrors needed dusting but the bathroom was very clean and a good size. No hand soap was provided but there were 3 small bottles of the usual, body wash, shampoo and conditioner.  The hotel is a 7-9 minute walk from Temple Mead train station and one at the hotel ask for a ity map and you will see there is a shortut. Out of the hotel and take the small road at the right hand side of the building opposite. This takes you right down to the station. The hotel is on the Express bus route, servie 330 331 £8 return and get off just afer you pass the hotel.

This luxury hotel is located on Redcliffe Hill close to the famous Floating dock's exciting eateries and entertainment. It lies within minutes of Broadmead shopping centre and Bristol harbour, where the SS Great Britain is docked. The British Commonwealth Museum is a 10-minute walk away from the hotel while St Mary Redcliffe Church can be reached in just 2 minutes by foot. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Bristol Temple Meads train station and a 20-minute drive from Bristol International Airport.

M4, junction 19 for M32 Bristol City Centre. Continue for approximately 3 miles, follow A4032 (Newfoundland Street) towards the city centre. Turn left onto A4044 (Temple Way), turn left at A4 (Temple Gate) then onto A370 (York Road). At the roundabout take the fourth exit to A38 and Redcliffe Hill. Train routes are available from London, Birmingham and Cardiff to Bristol Temple Meads which is just a 10-minute walk from the hotel.
