 staff were professional and polite breakfast was fantastic  Room was not ready for 2pm check in  shopping!!!

 Smart hotel, staff were friendly & helpful, breakfast service was good  our room was next door to a car park alleyway with loud aircons in it !  lots to do & see in Bristol - SS Great Britain a must

 Rooms to the rear of the hotel very noisy due to a generator being operational all day and night

This hotel was built in 1869, renovated in 1994 and comprises a total of 4 floors with 137 rooms of which 37 are single rooms, 81 are double rooms and 19 are suites. Guests may make use of the foyer with 24-hour reception desk, safe, cloakroom and lift. Dining options include an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a non-smoking area and highchairs for infants as well as a conference room and a hotel car park. There is a laundry service available within the hotel.
