This traditional city hotel comprises 101 rooms. It is situated on a large landmark site in one of St. Helier's best residential areas and is easy to find if travelling independently. The hotel's facilities include a superb indoor swimming pool complex and purpose-built playroom for young children and, of course, regular evening entertainment. Guests are welcomed into the hotel lobby, which features a 24-hour reception and check-out service, as well as a hotel safe and lift access. Further facilities include a bar and a restaurant and, for a fee, guests can take advantage of laundry services. Bikes are available for hire, and guests arriving by car can park their vehicles at the nearby car park (fees apply).

In addition to a private bathroom with a bath or shower and a hairdryer, the hotel's traditional rooms each include tea and coffee making facilities, as well as a television and a telephone.
