Hotel description

The family-friendly conference and business hotel is housed in a building dating back to 1901, and was refurbished in 2007. This is an Edwardian-style establishment offering 64 bedrooms, the DN One Bar & Restaurant, conference and banqueting facilities for up to 300 delegates, and a civil ceremony licence. The air-conditioned hotel offers guests a lobby area with a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, lift access, a café and Internet access. Room and laundry services are also available and there is parking for those arriving by car.

This hotel is set in the heart of Doncaster's busy town centre and is conveniently located near all major transportation hubs. It enjoys an ideal location for visiting all local bars, restaurants, shopping centres and businesses. Doncaster train station is 5 minutes' walk from the hotel, and the M18 motorway junction 3 is only 1.5 km away. The city of Sheffield is around a 30-minute drive and it is 15 km to Sheffield Airport.

By Car: Approximately 3 miles from Junction 3 of M18. Leave Jct 3 at A6182 and follow signs for town centre.

A complimentary car park at the hotel operates on a 'first come, first served' basis. Overflow car parking (on Wood Street, 100 metres from the hotel, once the hotel's car park is full) is available at a modest charge. This hotel is completely non smoking.
