 Unable to get dinner on arrival as after restaurant closed. Had to use night menu instead and pay a room service charge. At an airport with flights arriving late into the evening would expect to be able to get a proper meal on arrival.

 no coutesy bus for hotel, at aiport it says stand 5 bu no bus comes. Phoned up hotel who say it runs every 5 to 10 mins. Wait 20 mins. call hotel again they say it is stand 6 but this is for secure parking bus. wait further 20 mins (now about 1 hour for bus) call hotel again , after being passed on im told it is the secure parking bus and that it says on front of bus. Catch bus and yeas there is a small a4 sign on nearside of bus , stand 5 is on the off side of bus. No apology given by hotel!!!!

 I arrived at edinbrgh airport about 2200 to call the hotel and arrange pick up by the courtisy coach there is a wall mountedtelephone for this purpose near the exit door. I tried repeatedly to call the hotel but this phone was obviously not workingI called from another phone and the coach arrived very quickly. When I told the reception about this airport telephone I was ignored.
