Reservation code: 163-117233. We were unhappy with some of the maintenance factors in the room. The bathroom door made a terible noise when opening or closing, the shower was half hanging off the wall and the front door of the room could not be closed without slamming it. These are only small complaints but can make or break a relaxing evening. This was the first time we have been able to spend a evening away from our son since he was born over 2 years ago and we were just disapointed that it was not to standard that we expect and have got to know from the Premier Inn chain. We complained to reception the next morning and they decided to reimburse the full amont of the stay £79.00. They have been in contact with you directly and confirmed the reimbursement. I am now therefore waiting for you to reimburse the payment back onto my credit card. If you need any further information please do not hesitate to contact me. Kind regards

Rooms facing the backyard are quite but some rooms facing the main street can be noisy
