 No atmosphere, very old-fashioned and basic. Was also very unwelcoming. Would not rate three star. Disgusted.
 

Hotel description

This 20-room guest house is set in a historic house belonging to the Roman Catholic Church; it is situated beside the beautiful St Margaret's Chapel. The guest house has a lift and offers wheelchair access to the dining room.

The guest house is set in a leafy residential area within walking distance of shops, restaurants and pubs, cinemas and theatre. There is a good bus service to Princes Street, the Museum of Scotland and the Royal Mile. Blackford Hill is nearby, with walks and unrivalled views.
