 I was given a single room with window overlooking a rooftop hosting all the heating and cooling fans which started up at 4.00am and were extremely noisy.I had to turn the bed around as the floor sloped and my feet were raised higher than my head - not a comfortable position!

 Although the room was basic and decor could be updated the staff were excellent particularly in reception. They were only too pleased to help with any queries and were both professional and approachable.
