We liked the appartment and the position. We would have liked a dvd player/cd player and perhaps a small welcome pack to add a finishing touch. The directions were confusing and we had difficulty finding the hotel to collect the keys. On the whole though a great appartment we would definately go again.

Emplacement

This apartment hotel is in a fantastic location on the corner of Bath Street opposite Sauchiehall Street. There are an abundance of shopping venues, bars, nightclubs and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The bus station is only 300 m away, whilst the train station is roughly 500 m from the hotel. Glasgow Airport is approximately 15 km away, while Edinburgh Airport is 65 km away.

Leave Glasgow International Airport and take M8 Motorway heading to the City Centre. Come off at Charing Cross Junction 18. Take a left at the first set of traffic lights, turn left at second set of traffic lights onto St Vincent Street. Take right at the third set of traffic lights onto Elmbank Street. Arrive at your destination on the left for check in. Apartment building is on your right at the end of Elmbank Street.

The elegant, well lit apartments each come with an en suite bathroom/power shower and a hairdryer. Further fittings include a lounge with a kitchenette and seating area as well as a luxurious bedroom with a double bed. In addition, all apartments include a washing machine, a microwave, satellite/ cable TV, a hi-fi and a fridge, as well as individually regulated heating. A Playstation or DVD player are only on request and a security deposit is required.
Observations
Check-in is from 2 pm. The linen and hand towels are changed twice a week. Guests should check in and collect apartment keys at the Best Western Glasgow City Hotel, 27 Elmbank Street, Glasgow, G2 4PB, tel: 0141 227 2772 which is located just around the corner from the Apartments. Stag and Hen parties/Groups are not permitted at the apartments.
