 I was disappointed my single room only had a shower room and not a bathroom instead. There was no remote control for the TV set, and it's only in the morning I discovered how the buttons on the TV set commanded both channel and volume controls...Besides, since the hotel is located in Merchant City, it is a bit noisy (experienced on a warm Friday night) with clubs across the street, and the window glazing not very efficient sound-wise.

 Excellent location and price. Basic rooms but clean and comfortable.Had trouble booking in as internet at hotel was down when I booked through the agency. My booking had not been received.In fairness neither did I have the booking ref which did not help.Staff very helpful and pleasant.
