I use your site all the time to book hotels in Glasgow - this was a let down - I know it was graded as a 2 star but I was attracted to the leisure facilities. In fact I didn't use them as you had to go outside the hotel which defeats the whole point of having the facility in the first place and that was not made clear when booking. I also felt the hotel was very rundown and not good value. I have previously booked 3 and 4 star hotels with yourselves for the same price so would not be recommending the Quality Hotel to anyone although I have ticked individuals as I cannot send evaluation without recommendation.

not a bad hotel but things look a bit tired,could do with a large sum of money spent on the place to get the standard up a bit more for such a lovely building,and fix the things that need doing like my bathroom door that does not open and close right,

It was the worse hotel I have stayed in in glasgow in 25 years
