This apartment is located in Childwall, a semi-residential area of Liverpool. It lies approximately 15 minutes from Liverpool city centre, where guests will find a range of tourist attractions and Liverpool Lime Street train station. Allerton Road/Penny Lane features shops, bars and restaurants and is just 5 minutes away. Liverpool John Lennon Airport is 10 km from the accommodation, whilst Manchester Airport is some 54 km away.

By car: From M62 turn onto Queens Drive. At next traffic lights turn right onto Thingwall Road (approximately 5 minutes from apartments). By car: From Liverpool city centre. Take Wavertree Road and join onto Picton Road until reaching the Picton clock. Take the first right after the traffic lights and then the first left (approximately 10 minutes from apartments).

This is a modern 2-bedroom apartment comprising 2 double rooms. Facilities include a lounge/dining room with flat-screen TV with freeview channels, a DVD player and wireless Internet access. A fully equipped kitchen, including an oven, washer-dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle is also available. The bathroom comes with bathtub/shower and further facilities include a radio, an ironing set and heating.
 Observations
This apartment operates a meet and greet check-in and check-out. Guests must call 07773 307323 to advise an estimated time of arrival and then call 10 to 15 minutes prior to arrival. The same procedure applies to departures. This service operates from 7 am to midnight. Check-in time is 2 pm. Check-out time is 12 noon.
