 A beautiful hotel which hosts a fantastic and relaxed lobby area, myself and my partner spent most of our time here reading and chatting.  Check in on our arrival was terrible. the receptionist was very vacant about everything including where our room was, what time breakfast was at etc., any question we asked seemed to be quite an effort for her to respond not a good start. Our room was full of the smell of dampness I felt, because we had booked via easyjet we were given the lowest standard of room my money is as good as any other's we eventually changed to a different room. The menu although varied had a limited and boring selection for the vegetarian diet.

Emplacement

Crawley's most contemporary property, this airport hotel offers unequalled class and style prior to travel. Connected directly to Crawley Railway Station, this hotel has excellent links to the M23 with all the facilities of Crawley's shopping centre on its doorstep. London Gatwick is in the immediate vicinity, while Heathrow Airport is approximately 45 km away.

From the M23, exit at junction 10 taking the A2011 to Crawley. At the first roundabout take the second exit towards the town centre. At the second roundabout take the first exit towards the County Mall. At both sets of traffic lights proceed straight on. The County Mall should be on the right. Go straight under the Railway Bridge, and the hotel is on the right. Crawley mainline station is adjacent to the hotel. There is private direct access from platform 2 to the hotel grounds. To use this access, follow the signs to the end of the platform and press the intercom button at the gate.

The en suite bathrooms are beautifully finished in quartz granite and have a bath with a handheld shower attachment plus a separate walk-in power shower, an electronically heated steam-free mirror and a telephone. A hairdryer, satellite/cable TV, a radio, hi-fi system, Internet access, double beds, individually regulated air conditioning and heating, and a safe all feature.
