the main problem i had with the hotel was that there was no iron in the whole place. my boyfriend and myself could not get to iron our clothes the whole time (i stayed for 4 nights because i was over visiting my boyfriend) and this sounds horrible but sometimes the staff had troule understanding us, not because of my accent but because all of the staff were not from this country (not that i have anything against foreign nationals, it just gets annoying when you have to repeat yourself a few times)

This business hotel comprises a total of 125 en suite bedrooms including disability-friendly rooms with level shower areas. Facilities on offer to guests include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a café, a restaurant, conference facilities and Internet access. This hotel is located in Crossways Business Park near to the Dartford Tunnel and lies just off Junction 1a of the M25 motorway. It is surrounded by delightful green parks and lakes and guests can also enjoy a walk along by the Thames. The nearest train station, Stone Crossing, is a 5-minute walk and The Bluewater shopping centre is within a 5-minute drive, as is Dartford town centre. The nearest mainline railway station, Dartford Train Station, is 10 minutes away by taxi and Lakeside in Thurrock is a 15-minute drive from the hotel. London Gatwick Airport is just 40 km away.

Guests arriving by car from the South should head towards Dartford Tunnel on the M25 and exit at Junction 1a, the last exit before going through the tolls. Take the 3rd exit off the roundabout and stay on the left, take the slip road to the left into Crossways Business Park signposted Bluewater, carry on until reaching the mini-roundabout and go straight across. Take a 1st left at the next roundabout, 1st left again at the next mini-roundabout and again 1st left into the hotel car park. The hotel is located just off Junction 1a by the Dartford Tunnel.
