+~Staff attitude to customers are most commendable, particularly for me and my family. I was also very impressed with a staff firm but polite system of calming a drunk at the reception, when we were checking out on saturday, 30/08/08 at about 11am. I almost regret that your hotel was too far from london since I came with my family but my wife and I were satisfied with your staff politeness. Please keep the standard up and be rest assured, I will recommend your hotel to most of my friends. we travel alot. Frank./#/c~Nothing really./#/g~N/A

+~For the price the room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom was a good size. The restaurant has a good menu and the food was of a good quality, and the service was excellent./#/-~The cooked breakfast should start at 0630 to cater for guests who have early appointments./#/c~Not known/#/g~Nil

Staff very helpful. Parking a bit of a problem, but was nice to see that they have made arrangements with Car Park across road. Breakfast very good and access to take away meals via reception a nice bonus!One query- Pull out bed setee was erected whilst we were out for the day, no real need for this as it would have been nice for it to remain a sofa to sit on.

The city hotel was built in 2001 and consists of 240 double rooms on 12 floors. Various facilities are available to guests including a foyer with a 24-hour reception, lifts, a safe, a cloakroom and a currency exchange facility. In addition, Internet access (for a fee), a small supermarket, shops, a conference room, a TV room and a laundry service are also available. There is also an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant.
