My room was very clean and tidy. The cleaning staff were wonderful and very willing to help. Located in a good area and within easy walking distance of the Gloucester Tube station. The hotel is located near several grocery stores and a laundry mat. Cost of cab to Heathrow, cash only, is 40 pounds and well worth it if you are traveling early in the morning to the airport as the Gloucester Tube station is closed at night and the only public transportation available is a bus about a mile away which takes over an hour to reach Heathrow. Price for the hotel was fairly reasonable for the area. The internet is not free for people staying in the hotel. The cost is about 10 pounds a day for internet. Process for purchasing each day was rather a hassle. I would like to see more hotels offering internet service to guests within the room price. With the lose proximity to Glouester station, anything within the London area is easily aessible by the tube. Avoid the tube between 5 and 6:30 p.m. at night on weekdays if possible. Make sure you hek for alternative routes on weekends as a lot of stations are losed on weekends.

London in summer can be very hot/humid, the room was very small( which was ok) however the window only opened the least wee bit at the top meaning the room was unbearably hot. If air-con is out of the question a fan would probably have helped, this alone would stop me from re-booking and I am usually in London 6/8 times a year on business/pleasure visits of 3 nights or more.
