Breakfast was badly cooked, and service patchy. Dinner was expensive and only mediocre quality.

This hotel is quite close to Heathrow airport, planes fly not too far above between 6am-11pm what is disturbing at times. Tube station is 10-15 min. away walk through suburban area. Travel time to central London by tube is approx. 40 min.

The hotel is located only 10 minutes from Heathrow Airport on the underground. Local attractions include Windsor Castle, Legoland, Kew Gardens, Chessington World of Adventures, as well as Sandown, Kempton, Windsor and Ascot racecourses. Central London can be easily reached by underground, bus and taxi.

From Heathow airport, join A4 following signs for A4 Central London. At the 1st roundabout proceed straight on. At the 2nd roundabout proceed straight on. After 100 yards bear left following signs for A4 Central London. Continue through the 1st set of traffic lights. The hotel is on the left by the 2nd set of traffic lights. By underground, take the Piccadilly Line to Osterley Station. From Gatwick airport, take the Gatwick Express (train) directly to Victoria Station. From Victoria Station, go to Chiswick Park with the District Line and from Chiswick Park to Osterley Station with the Piccadilly Line. From Stansted Airport, take the fast train to Liverpool Street Station, then take the underground (Circle Line) to Edgware Road. From Edgware Road, take the District Line to Chiswick Park and from Chiswick Park take the Piccadilly Line to Osterley Station. From Luton airport, take the Intercity to Kings Cross St. Pancras, then take the underground Victoria Line to Victoria Station. From Victoria Station, take the District Line to Chiswick Park and from Chiswick Park take the Piccadilly Line to Osterley Station.
