 When I arrived the hotel had no record of the booking made through your site. I presented the voucher and after about half an hour of making phone calls they managed to find me an available room. Maybe you need to check that your bookings are reaching the hotel.

 I love the concept of the hotel, green space, organic food. The staff was great. Price is good for London. Suggestions: The kitchen needs more supplies to make it functional. (Paper towels, common spices, etc.) The alarm system needs some fine tuning. It went off too much.

Renovated in 2007, this establishment offers a range of 148 contemporary non-smoking serviced apartments spread over 7 floors. Set in around 1.4 hectares of idyllic landscaped gardens, the spacious and sophisticated apartments provide all the comforts of home and feature a wide range of facilities and services. Facilities on offer to guests include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, a lift, a café, a newspaper stand, and a hairdressing salon. It offers a mini supermarket, a bar-restaurant and WLAN Internet access (charges apply). Guests may also take advantage of the room and laundry services and there is a 24-hour car park with an entrance outside the congestion charge zone.

Emplacement

This establishment is located in the heart of Westminster in a tranquil residential area. The apartments are within 5 minutes' walk of Pimlico Underground Station, which has links to Central London and is only a short taxi ride from both Victoria Station and Waterloo International Terminal. The nearby Westminster Millennium Pier provides regular riverboat transport to the City of London and Canary Wharf. The apartment is also within walking distance of supermarket shopping. Heathrow Airport is 27 km away and it is 61 km to Gatwick Airport.

Guests coming from the M4 motorway should continue to follow signs for Central London and then for Earl's Court, and for Embankment. Continue along the river passing the Battersea and Albert Bridges on the right, and after Chelsea Bridge take the 2nd left into Claverton Street. Take the 1st right into Chichester Street and the hotel is on the right hand side. Those arriving from the M1 motorway should continue to follow signs for the West End, remaining on Edgware road. At the Marble Arch roundabout take the 2nd exit into Park Lane and continue to the end. Take the 2nd turning at Hyde Park Corner into Grosvenor Place and then the 1st left, over the lights into Bressenden Place. At the end turn right and take the 1st left into Wilton Place at the end. Go over Warwick Way into Denbigh Street and turn left into Belgrave Road. At the bottom, turn right into Lupus Street, turning left by the church into St George's Square. Take the 1st right into Chichester Street and hotel is on the left.
