 The hotel was generally very comfortable. However it was very stuffy and rather too hot although the heating did not appear to be on. Staff generally helpful but one member had some difficultie understanding English well enough to deal with a query

 convenient location but the rooms were a little dog-eared but comfortable. Bathrooms badly needed upgrading, I would not have liked to have taken a bath in my particular room as the jets in the bath looked very unpleasent.

 All was fine for a quick stay in a good location for my business in kensington,Bathrooms probably in need of an update but generally clean.All staff first class service and hotel always kept tidy,stayed before with my family.
