First, the email about this survey was addressed to Mr/Mrs Alder. You should know from my booking that I'm Ms so not a good start... Although I had booked a double room and had confirmation of this, there were none left when I checked in. It was 10.15pm so no room service was available (why do you keep serving alcohol until 1am but no food at all, not even snacks were on the late menu?) and the only alternative would have been to sit on my own in the hotel's rather rowdy bar so I went without./#/

Bathroom had alga around the bath otherwise bathroom was clean
