 rooms extremely small, no hairdryer in a four star hotel, food very displeasing, a normal club sandwich usually is standard but was done extremely bad.

Originally built in 1938, the hotel has a total of 550 rooms (81 singles, 369 doubles and 2 suites) spread over 7 floors. Facilities include two restaurants and bars, 24 hour reception, safe, money exchange, lifts, room service, laundry service, car park, pool and gym. In the Lian Sport and Grill Bar guests can enjoy the State of the art audio visual with massive 7ft high definition projection screen that will bring the action and excitement of all the live sports and events around the world.

This hotel is situated in a quiet location. In the heart of Kensington conveniently close to the prestigious shops of High Street Kensington, and only a two-minute walk to the tube.

The hotel is situated 2 minutes walk High street Kensington station where Circle and District lines are available, within easy access to Earls Court and Olympia. The nearest rail stations are Paddington (3 underground stops) and Victoria (4 underground stops). From the hotel it is only one stop on the Piccadilly line with a direct link to Heathrow airport or alternatively there is 3 stops to Paddington and take the Heathrow express service directly to terminal 1,2,3 and 4.
