Hotel was Excellent, Staff very helpful,it was our anniversary and were upgraded to a suite which was lovely and unexpected, we were only staying one night as we were travelling on elswehere, we will definately book to here again the next time we are in London No negatives about hotel We were going to see the Buddy show and it was very lose by as were the restaurants and bars, very entral area perfet for theatre et
