 No elevator full flight of stairs and a long walk with suitcases (although help was offered)

 think the parking should be included in the hotel price as this is extra for a nightly stay.

 This is the second time we have stayed here and we do recommend it to our friends. We particularly like the view from the breakfast room!
 

Hotel description

Renovated in 2002, this hotel comprises a total of 314 rooms spread over 2 floors of which 85 are single rooms and 229 are double rooms. Guests are offered a lobby with a 24-hour reception desk, lifts, a safe, a currency exchange desk, a café, a newspaper stand and a cloakroom. The air-conditioned à la carte restaurant invites guests to stop off for a bite to eat. Business guests may make use of the conference room and the public Internet terminal. Those arriving by car may make use of the hotel car park and garage facilities. Laundry and room services round off the offerings.

Emplacement

This hotel is in a quiet location from Heathrow town centre.

If travelling along the M25, in direction, exit at junction 14, and sign posted terminal 4 and cargo area. At the 1st roundabout turn right and follow signs for Colnbrook and Longford. Follow dual carriageway for approx. 2.4 km until another roundabout, then turn right and follow signs for the village of Longford and the hotel is on the right.
