 when you step off your flight late at night you need a good nights rest ,and thats what i got at holiday inn at luton airport check in was fast ,the rooms were great and nicely laid out the bathroom was clean the beds very comfortable and breakfast had good selection of foods i would recomend this hotel to familys and couples ,and it has everything that the bussiness user will need it for

 We were particularly unimpressed with the breakfast facilities. For a period of at least 10 minutes there was an absence of spoons despite twice bringing this to the attention of a member of your staff. What was provided in the name of a Continental breakfast was far below what we expected for the charge made.I also had difficulty in paying by debit card for a meal at the bar. The bar member made several attempts to use the card machine before he was successful with the help of a colleague. Are your foreign staff given adequate training?Your hotel was convenient but I doubt if I would use your group again.

Due to its proximity to the airport, the hotel is very convenient for national and international events. There is a laundry service and on-site parking spaces are provided for guests arriving by car.

Emplacement

This pleasant hotel is located close to Luton Airport. It can be reached easily by taxi or by the regular local bus service. The airport car park lies directly opposite the hotel.

Take junction 10 of the M1 motorway, following the A1081 and airport signs. Turn right at roundabout into Airport Way. Turn left at roundabout into Percival Way. Finally turn right into hotel entrance. There are no free courtesy buses to the airport. The airport terminal can be reached either by taxi or on foot (10-minute walk).
