 very clean, very friendly, very close to public transport, reasonably quiet area  plumbing needs fixing

 Good location very enar Paddington Station.  The quality of the bed was not good at all. A very uncomfortable mattress!

 No positive comment at all.  The staff was not helpful and when we arrived, they said my reservation had been 'transferred' to another hotel, which I did not receive any notification. And when I arrived the other hotel, they could not find my booking neither. I ended up have to pay for a room to stay at a third hotel with the help of the second hotel. Prince William Hotel insisted there is nothing to do with them and refused to pay me back the hotel fee, which I paid on the internet when I booked it. I will never recommend people to stay there, in fact, I will warn all my friends not to stay there.

Built in 1880 and renovated in 2001, the hotel offers a total of 47 rooms, of which 12 are singles, 29 are doubles and 6 are suites. The facilities include a 24-hour reception, a safe and a lift. The hotel has a its own restaurant.
