In addition, it also houses branches of the legendary Hermitage and Guggenheim museums. Facilities on offer at this opulent establishment include a lobby area with a reception desk manned around the clock, a safe, a cloakroom, and lift access. Also on offer are a hairdresser, numerous boutiques, newspaper stands, cafes, cocktail bars, and 11 restaurants. Business guests may make use of a range of rooms for conferences and meetings, while all guests can take advantage of the room and laundry services in addition to the public Internet connection. Additional entertainment and diversion is provided by the in-house 24-hour casino and the theatre. There is parking and a garage available for those arriving by car.

The very comfortable and lavish junior suites all come with a marble en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a king-size bed, and a sofa in the lounge area which can be converted into a queen-size bed. In addition, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, an Internet connection, an iron and ironing board, and a hire safe are also provided in all accommodation units as standard. The air conditioning and heating are individually adjustable.
