Friendly reception staff and cleaners. Decor a bit bland and dated. The hotel lobby has an office which you THINK is associated with the hotel and Disney Universal parks,IT IS NOT. There is an official Universal employee there every morning but the regular staff there (not in Universal tshirts) promise discount tickets for the parks ONLY if you so through a 2 hour time share showing (not available for ROI residents). This is a full on scam and neither the hotel or time share employees were remorseful or apologetic for wasting our time when tricked snared by this. Luckily our hotel was beside the resort in question so we hadn't got far to travel (also no kids). I fear for how many young families drove miles to be swindled. Hopefully my warning will save a few people time and money. Get your tickets elsewhere! Wet + Wild waterpark. Universal Park end of I-Drive. Near to Prime Outlet for shopping.

Good hotel for the price we paid, big rooms. Bathrooms need updating Universal very lose, other parks short drive away. Short walk to International drive.

Lovely hotel and very polite staff would stay again its near everything the bus stop outside goes everywhere around international drive
