The 124 attractive and spacious suites come with a private bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, an Internet connection and a radio. Air conditioning and heating are individually regulated. Additional facilities include ironing facilities as well as a tea and coffee making facilities, and the heating and air conditioning are centrally regulated. The modern kitchenette includes a fridge and a microwave. Each of the suites include sleeping space for 5: 2 queen-size beds and a sofa bed in the lounge.

The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to Disney World and the Lake Buena Vista Outlet. Bookings cancelled 7 days or less prior to the date of check in will be charged at full price (100% of stay). In addition there will be no refund for no-shows or guest curtailments (early check out). For guests staying less than 5 nights: \"\"Light touch\"\" housekeeping is provided Monday to Friday and includes the replacement of used towels, emptying of rubbish bins, and the making of the beds. Weekend light touch is provided on a request only basis and can be scheduled by the guest when they are at the hotel by contacting the front desk on Friday afternoon. Clean towels and bathroom amenities are provided at the front desk for weekend guests. For guests staying more than 5 nights: \"\"Light touch\"\" housekeeping service is provided daily Monday to Friday as described above. Full service cleaning is provided every 5th day at no charge. Additional full cleanings can be booked at a cost of 15 USD per day.
