The fully-furnished 3-, 4- and 5-bedroom homes each have a private pool, and a sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate 2 additional guests. The homes are self-catering, cleaning is done prior to arrival and after departure. Standard features of the homes are en suite bathrooms with shower and bathtub, direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, radio, a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities, a washing machine and an ironing set. Centrally-regulated heating and air conditioning makes for optimal comfort all year round.

Check in is from 4 pm. Check in, registration and key collection are conducted from our Homes Welcome Center, located at 6365 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. After-hours key collection can still be made from the electronic safety deposit box. The safety deposit box code is C-7-0-8-3, then press the button with the symbol of a door key. Homes assistance is available 24 hours per day via free phone 1 800 713 8356 and selecting the urgent message option. A refundable security deposit of USD 300 is required at registration. The following items can be added to your booking for a daily fee: pool heating USD 25 per day, cot rental USD 7 per day, and highchair rental USD 7 per day (tax included). All private Homes and Apartments are non smoking, pets are not allowed.
