The hotel comprises a total of 500 rooms, of which seven are suites, set over seven floors. Facilities on offer at this air-conditioned hotel include an inviting foyer with 24-hour reception desk, hotel safe, currency exchange counter, and lift access. Alongside the souvenir shop and a games room, guests can make use of the Internet access. A cosy bar and a pleasant restaurant cater to guests' culinary needs, while modern conference facilities are available for those staying on business. The spacious rooms all come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, a radio, an Internet connection, satellite/ cable TV, a mini-fridge, and ironing and coffee making facilities. Further features provided as standard include adjustable air conditioning and heating. Guests can choose between rooms with double or king size beds. Suites are more spacious and include a combined lounge/bedroom area and a separate bedroom. The standard rooms have a landing area outside. The turret rooms have recently been renovated and have a private landing area. Rooms sleep a maximum of 5 people, with an additional sofa bed (to be paid for on arrival, subject to availability.)

In the hotel's outdoor area there is a tropical water landscape with both a normal and a heated swimming pool. There is a sun terrace with loungers and parasols laid out ready for use, and sports enthusiasts can try a workout in the well-equipped gym or play basketball or minigolf.
