Built in 2000 and renovated in 2005, this hotel comprises a main building and 16 annexes, each with 5 floors and with a total of 1,100 apartments. Guests are welcomed in the air-conditioned lobby, which offers a 24-hour reception desk, safes, lifts, and a cloakroom. Dining options within the hotel include a bar with a snooker table and a restaurant. The hotel also features a small supermarket, a delicatessen, a games room, and a playground where younger guests can let off steam. Parking spaces are available in the hotel car park.

Guests can use the hotel's complimentary shuttle bus to visit the theme park, Walt Disney World. Rooms include a simple clean every 3 days (hand towel change and rubbish disposal) and a main clean every 8 days.
