 The property was old, dorty, smelly, full of bugs and quite frankly. It is an ex show home and has not been updated since it was built some 10 years ago. The property was allocated on arrival and when seen it was flatly refused and an alternative was requested and required.

Small quaint communities situated just south of the 400 acre Lake Davenport have provided a haven for guests that enjoy the tranquility of a self catering home while maintaining the close proximity to all of the action. Less than 15 miles to the entrance of Walt Disney World, minutes from dozens of golf courses with a plentiful selection of shops and restaurants nearby establish the adjacent communities of the Palms at Lake Davenport and Lake Davenport Estates as an excellent choice for visitors that want to insure they are in a high standard quality home in the location of their choice. Home allocation is determined upon arrival and registration at our Hotelbeds Homes Welcome Center.

The standard amount of pool furtniture provided is 2 sun loungers 4 chairs and a table.

Check in is from 16:00 h. Check in, registration and key collection is to be conducted from our Homes Welcome Centre, located at 6365 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. After hours key collection from the electronic lock box. Lock box code C-7-0-8-3 then press the button with the symbol of a door key. Homes assistance is available 24 h per day via free phone 1 800 713 8356 and selecting the urgent message option. A refundable security deposit of USD 300 is required at registration. The following items can be added to your booking at a daily fee, Pool Heat USD 25 per day, Crib rental USD 7 per day and highchair rental USD 7 per day tax inclusive. All private Homes and Apartments are non smoking, pets are not allowed.
