Each of the stylish apartments comes with an en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and balcony as well as a kitchen with a microwave, fridge, and coffee making facilities. All the apartments also include a hairdryer, a washing machine, a hire safe, an iron and ironing board, a double or king-size bed, a direct dial telephone and satellite/ cable TV are also provided in every lodging as standard. The air conditioning and heating are individually adjustable. The apartments vary in size and offer 2 bedrooms (for up to 8 persons), 3 bedrooms (for up to 12 persons), or 4 bedrooms (for up to 16 persons).

The outdoor complex offers guests three heated swimming pools, one of which faces the sea. Observations
There is complimentary transport to the Florida Mall once a week. Cleaning is provided once a week for guests staying more than 7 days, or once during a stay for guests staying less than 7 days. Guests may request a daily cleaning service at any time for an extra charge of about 35 USD plus tax per day. This service must be requested directly at the property upon check-in. Must be at least 21 years old to check-in and a valid credit card or a USD 200 deposit is required upon check-in.
