 like the facility of the deli  check in could not care or less attitude. I pointed out that we had stayed in the hotel at least 5 or 6 times and we were staying to celebrate my daughter 21st birthday this time. I asked if we could get an upgrade of a room or something else the answer was just NO. i feel that we will have to choose another hotel while in orlando. also the garage multi storey was closed on sat and we had an awful job trying to get parked in the other carpark as they was no spaces available.
